2016 Ram 1500

Whether you’re looking for a truck to tow a 10,000lb load, carry a team to the job-site, or ferry you and the family around town, the Ram 1500 has you covered. It’s the definition of all-purpose, and it excels in a few areas that we’d like to highlight.

To start, let’s go over the four different trim levels, starting with the Tradesman.

Tradesman

The Tradesman is Dodge’s most economical Ram 1500 trim level, starting at $25,865. It offers standard amenities such as a 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine, a spray-in bedliner, automatic headlights, and a class IV receiver tow hitch. The Tradesman is capable of 20 city mpg, and 28 highway mpg.

Ram 1500 Express

Next up is the Ram 1500 Express, starting at $27,145. It offers the same standard features as the Tradesman, with the addition of a 5.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and 20-inch aluminum wheels. The Express also upgrades the two door cab to four doors, gaining some leg room, but sacrificing bed-length.

Black Ram 1500 Express

This tricked out Ram Express offers drivers all the features above with a few modifications and extras. The Black Ram 1500 Express comes in only black, with semi-gloss 20-inch black aluminum wheels, remote keyless entry, and black halogen headlights. It looks great, and it starts at $28,840.

The Big Horn

Last, but not least, is the Big Horn. If you’re looking for a luxury workhorse, this is your truck. The Big Horn adds a leather wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, an 8.4-inch touchscreen Uconnect system, and an upgraded set of aluminum wheels.

More Included Features

When you buy a truck, you’re making an investment that you expect to support you for years to come. Don’t gamble on that investment. Dodge’s 5-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Warranty will put your mind at ease when pushing your Ram 1500 to the limits. It comes included with every trim level.

Optional Upgrades

Trim levels are great and all, but who doesn’t like options? If you’re going to buy a new truck, you should get everything you want. Ram offers what seems like an endless array of optional configurations for the Ram 1500, which means you won’t have to make many compromises.

If you’re in the market, we hope you’ll take a look at the Ram 1500. It’s a great truck, and our team at Chris Leith Automotive can help you find the right one for you. Take a look at our inventory, or come by our dealership to have a look.
